Chandler and Michaels's day was so special! They chose to get married at Gibson Mill in Concord, NC. The venue is a historic plant that used to produce fine bedding. It offered the perfect industrial-style backdrop. Chandler and Michael chose a beautiful and classic green and white color theme, which complemented the raw brick walls nicely. During their first touch, they shared the most beautiful private vows. They exchanged happy tears, lots of hand squeezes, and laughter together. Then, in anticipation of the ceremony, they hid away in their private rooms, taking group photos. Chandler and Michael shined with joy while surrounded by their loved ones. The guests flooded in and sat down in the ceremony space and I worked on getting the bridal party lined up. As soon as the processional music began, Michael's dad was overcome with emotion, making for a really sweet moment. Two-by-two, the bridal party walked down the aisle before being asked to stand by the pastor for Chandler to be accompanied by her father. You could really see the love that Michael and Chandler have for each other.

The ceremony ended with a kiss and after a quick room flip and family photos, the newlyweds got to enjoy a private 15-minute break alone before entering into the reception. The maid of honor and best man shared the most touching speeches, everyone laughed, and cried, and laughed again. Father/daughter dances and mother/son dances are normally one of my favorite parts of the wedding, and this wedding did not disappoint. Michael and his mother had one of the best dances I've ever seen. The night ended with a beautiful private last dance, followed by a bubble exit from the newlyweds. Michael & Chandler, thank you for letting me play a small part in your big day.
